On October 24th 2016, Professor Jason Ralph and Dr Cristina Stefan presented their research on the Responsibility to Protect and Atrocity Prevention at the first training session on the topic for delegation staff and desk officers from the European External Action Service (EEAS) in Brussels.  The EEAS seminar started with opening remarks from the European Union Focal Point on R2P, Christian Leffler.
