ECR2P 2018 Annual Lecture: Professor Jennifer Welsh, Former UN Assistant Secretary-General and Special Adviser on the R2P
We are very honoured to be welcoming Professor Jennifer Welsh, Canada 150 Research Chair in Global Governance and Security and former UN Assistant Secretary-General and Special Adviser on the Responsibility to Protect, to the University of Leeds.
Professor Welsh will deliver the Third ECR2P Annual Lecture on Monday, 22nd of October, from 17.15 to 19:00, Conference Auditorium 2 (GM.01).
