ECR2P partnered with key stakeholders such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, through our partnership institution, the Budapest Centre for Mass Atrocities Prevention, to co-organise a Roundtable on “Atrocity Prevention” prior to The 10th Budapest Human Rights Forum, which took place in Budapest on 27th of November 2017. Our Co-Director, Dr Cristina Stefan, participated in the roundtable discussions and presented a paper on “Accountability for Prevention”. Other roundtable participants included Ambassador Dr. Istvan Lakatos, Ministry of Foreign Aggairs and Trade Hungary, Andras Vamos-Goldman, Executive Director Justice of Rapid Response, and Aurea Mouzinho, Co-Founder and Coordinator Ondjango Feminista, Luanda. Dr Gyorgy Tatar, Chairman Budapest Centre for Mass Atrocities Prevention delivered the welcome speech.
