New article by Professor Gallagher on R2P and development published by the Journal of International Relations and Development

ECR2P Co-Director, Professor Adrian Gallagher, has had his latest article published in the Journal of International Relations and Development.

The article, 'An international responsibility to develop in order to protect? A responsibility too far', puts forward the first thematic analysis on development and mass atrocities in the 21st century and defends the minimalist position that the RtoP should not engage with long-term development issues.
