2022 Annual Lecture - Alice Wairimu Nderitu

ECR2P are delighted that Alice Wairimu Nderitu, UN Special Advisor to the Secretary-General on the Prevention of Genocide, delivered our 2022 annual lecture.

Alice's lecture, ‘Bringing prevention to the village: Key challenges and opportunities’, focused on the importance of perspectives on the responsibility to protect across all levels of society by drawing on the importance of an inclusive approach to atrocity prevention and the key challenges and opportunities faced in conceptualising R2P at a village level.
