The panel will overview some of the emerging challenges posed for the prevention of genocide and other mass atrocity crimes by the global pandemic. The panel will be hosted by Tom Peak.

Adrian Gallagher is a Founding Director and Acting Co-Director of the European Centre for Responsibility to Protect & Associate Professor in International Security at the University of Leeds. He is Editor-in-Chief of Global Responsibility to Protect.

Cecilia Jacob is Editor-in-Chief of the prestigious journal Global Responsibility to Protect & Senior Fellow in the Department of International Relations at the Coral Bell School at the Australian National University.

Garret Brown holds the Chair in Political Theory & Global Health Policy at the University of Leeds.

Tom Peak is a Research Associate at the Centre for Geopolitics, in the Department of Politics & International Studies, University of Cambridge.
