Dr Cristina Stefan contributes to officers’ training in Doha, Qatar

Our ECR2P Co-Director, Dr Cristina Stefan, delivered several lectures on “Humanitarian Intervention”, “International Humanitarian Law” and “The Responsibility to Protect” as part of military training sessions in Doha, Qatar. This took place at the Officers’ Training Institute (OTI) of the College and Institutes Authority, and was part of the Training Institute’s Joint Operational Planning (Commanders’) Course.
